Do you need to make a reservation for transfers from the airport to the hotel and return?

Its a nice hotel

Does this place have a 24/7 business center?

I think it has a small one.

how far are you from air train or other public transort that goes to Ground Zero and Statue of Liberty?

Take the 7 train from flushing to the 123 line for battery park and the statue of liberty from the station at LGA

Yes it does!

Do you have shuttle service from JFK airport to the hotel?

Yes they have it and it works very well. It is very comfortable and "convenient" for take it and arrive at the hotel immediately, which is appreciated after a long plane trip

Is breakfast included in the room price?

As I remember no but coffee is quite good

Breakfast is actually really good! But if you must cancel it, just let the front desk know.

When I came here I saw roaches and the lady that works there she said please don't say that to loud or say it anywhere I called for them to clean the room they never did bad service and very dirty room

I believe there is a Sheraton right beside the Hilton....
